Marketing Specialist (remote)


Responsibilities

  • Write copy for websites, blog posts, research decks, social media, and presentations.
  • Manage daily SEO campaigns, including but not limited to meta-copy copywriting, ad copy writing and testing, bid management, landing page optimization, and keyword research.
  • Performance content gap analysis, competitor research, and site audits where required as well as ongoing market research.
  • Work across multiple geographic areas and search engines to drive customer success while implementing best practices at all times.

Requirements

  • 5 years minimum of relevant digital marketing agency experience, with proven experience working in a remote, distributed team.
  • Google Analytics certified is a must.
  • Proven experience building and analyzing paid social campaigns from start to finish.
  • Understanding of advanced SEO principles and best practices, as well as a working knowledge of Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, and Majestic.
  • Ability to work in Google Sheets, Google Docs, Excel, PPT, and Word.
  • Strong desire to stay on top of emerging industry trends.
  • Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills are a must.

Paid media Specialist (remote)


Responsibilities

  • Management of a small to medium size team of paid media specialists, as well as management of paid media account operations or a variety of clients.
  • Day to day management of client-facing communications and internal communications.
  • Constant tracking of reporting and analytics to ensure we’re always on top of our game.
  • Build and share reports that cover the central metrics for every paid media campaign you own
  • Monitor and enhance customer/user acquisition and activation performance.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer acquisition experience with B2B and/or B2C companies in driving data-driven, quantifiable results and building high conversion funnels.
  • Expertise owning the whole process of building and distributing ad creatives.
  • Expert knowledge and direct hands-on experience with paid search, paid social, email marketing, off-site SEO, and all forms of custom acquisition, with a proven drive to stay on top of the latest industry trends.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising principles.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate cross functionally with other teams, and a proven ability to be proactive.

Director of Operations (remote)


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day to day operations of our marketing teams, and review and analyze our client analytics to help set, communicate, and drive continual execution of our goals
  • Manage and drive improvements in performance for daily operations of our marketing team
  • Coaching individuals to improve their performance, motivation, and success, and well as conducting practice presentations, pitches, and meetings
  • Lead training and professional development training for marketers and core team
  • Work with the executive team to build more effective strategies to improve our client relationships, including performance coaching and training.
  • Coordinate performance review process: people, teams, projects
  • Work with the team to conceive, develop, and build systems to quantify team performance and client expectations.
  • Speak with clients, understand their needs, help everyone align on the same objectives, and help track and monitor ongoing project scopes

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing and working with remote, global, distributed teams.
  • Excellent client management and communications skills.
  • Proven agency experience preferred (marketing, content strategy, creative, design, dev, or similar)
  • Min. 3 years experience in marketing or related industries.

Director of Marketing (remote)


Responsibilities

  • Oversee and guide daily communication between our clients and your team.
  • Work with clients to develop processes and specifications that launch new experiments, validate them and optimize their marketing activities.
  • Work relentlessly to solve problems and continually assess and resolve simple and complex challenges with our colleagues and with the clients.
  • Build and share reporting standards around effective, core metrics of every campaign we launch whilst analyzing performance, addressing and resolving blockers, and identifying areas and means for improvement.
  • Work with your marketing team to develop insights to drive the clients’ marketing strategy, and manage daily operations of the team with a relentless drive to reach our quarterly goals.

Human Resources Manager (remote)


Responsibilities

  • Build, develop, and launch exciting new HR initiatives to maintain the wellness of our staff.
  • Guide new and existing employee data within multiple HR-related systems.
  • Deliver compensation and other plans with staff, ensuring clear understanding and application of our systems at all times.
  • Work with employees, managers, and staff to assist in resolving employee relations  issues.
  • Manage regulatory compliance, including HR functions of the company in accordance with both Galactic Fed practices as well as applicable federal/state regulations and policies.
  • Understand, interpret, and appropriately apply employment regulations, effectively implementing updates to maintain compliant policies.
  • Work with the executive team to drive a shared culture and vision among all members of the team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant HR experience with cross-functional global, remote teams in a hypergrowth environment, as well as experience with global employee benefits.
  • Proven experience collaborating with remote global teams.
  • Expert knowledge of human management systems and software.
  • Experience supporting rapidly-moving product and operations initiatives driven by highly collaborative teams accustomed to restructuring on the fly.
  • Significant experience with HR management in a high-paced, data-driven, hypergrowth technology work environment, including strong leadership skills to unite a diverse team of remote staff.
  • Ability to discover and understand patterns within the company and build and design goal-oriented, HR systems and initiatives.
  • A strong analytical background.
  • Proven experience building and scaling initiatives in a fast-growing company with a strong focus on execution.
  • Advanced knowledge of employment and contractor law (both U.S. and globally).
  • You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
