SEO Operations Manager

    We are looking for this individual to lead and delegate / execute the vision of our client services by continually improving our client communication, team member hiring & training, and SEO channel strategies.

    To be clear: the greatest priority for this individual will be to re-envision the way that Galactic Fed does SEO for clients, and build a scalable approach we can apply for client success. Responsibilities:

PRIMARY
  • Create quality, SEO-optimized content (specifically blog articles and business website copy) that aligns with the client’s goals, strategies, as well as internal and external content guidelines

We are looking for a Growth Labs Manager who is ready to help take the team to the next level of growth.

  • Proficiency in graphic design tools. Must be comfortable with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects (Adobe design platforms)
    Must have experience working with Google Slides\ We are a remote team, so it is crucial that you are able to work and communicate efficiently (and often) using our task management and communication systems: Slack and ClickUp. Candidates should be fluent in both verbal and written English and the candidate should have good communication skills. Must be proficient in reading and writing English without errors.

Responsibilities

Note: this is an on-demand, hourly position. The organic social media specialist is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content to organic social media pages on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Provide an audit of client’s existing social platforms and make recommendations regarding strategy and their overall online footprint (bio, links, highlights, usernames, hashtags, etc.)
  • Develop a custom strategy based upon the client’s current goals and effectively plan out content pillars and all organic social media posts on a monthly basis
  • Effectively write copy for captions (in English) that match the brand’s voice to educate the customer, generate engagement and encourage community
  • Provide detailed design notes to a graphic designer for complex designs, and be able to execute simplistic designs themselves using Canva or Photoshop, etc. using the appropriate sizes and file types for the chosen platform
  • Schedule and plan feed posts, stories, and reels in Meta Business Suite
  • Design Reels and TikToks in-app and maximize features available
  • Actively monitor online trends / new features / changes to the algorithm / social media best practices in order to provide our clients with up-to-date knowledge in an ever-changing digital landscape
  • Actively community manage multiple profiles including but not limited to: responding to comments and DMs, story reshares, checking for tags, checking relevant hashtags as well as engage with relevant content and client’s target demographic
  • Effectively multi-task in order to keep up with competing deadlines and multiple ongoing projects simultaneously while collaborating with a team
