On-demand Paid Media Account Specialist

Responsibilities:

Job Type: On-demand/Hourly Rate (estimated to be 25hrs per week); can be converted to full-time depending on job performance and client requirements.
Job Location: Remote
Work Schedule: EST or New York time zone. Working hours must overlap with EST business hours (9am – 5pm EST) for at least five hours each day. We expect team members, especially client-facing, to be available 9am – 5pm EST (New York Time). As a Paid Media Specialist at Galactic Fed, you will get to do more than just manage paid media campaigns. You will be responsible for ensuring paid media projects are successfully planned and executed while contributing to the growth of the company via paid media strategies across both B2B and B2C businesses. The Paid Media Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing campaigns on behalf of clients, ensuring alignment with the company’s online marketing strategy.

Management of paid media account operations for 5+ clients.
Management of a small to medium size team of paid media specialists.
Day-to-day management of client-facing communications and internal communications.
Constant tracking of reporting and analytics.
Build and share reports that cover the central metrics for every paid media campaign you own.
Monitor and enhance customer/user acquisition and activation performance.

Requirements:

1+ years of customer acquisition experience with B2B and/or B2C companies driving data-driven, quantifiable results and building high conversion funnels.
Expert knowledge and direct hands-on experience with paid search, paid social, email marketing, and all forms of custom acquisition, with a proven drive to stay on top of the latest industry trends.
Expertise owning the whole process of building and distributing ad creatives.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising principles.
Proven ability to effectively communicate cross functionally with other teams, and a proven ability to be proactive.
Candidate must be able to commit to hyper-growth and to a long-term work engagement, must be gritty, must be emotionally intelligent, and must be an A-player.
