Paid Media Account Manager

  • Management of paid media account operations for 8+ clients.
  • Ensure timely and quality completion of work product delivered from the paid media department’s staff to Galactic Fed clients.

Paid Media Tracking Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Setup site and conversion event tracking on major paid media advertising networks (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). This will need be done via GTM or hardcode (90% GTM is used).
  • Setup lead quality attribution for clients. For example, pass the UTMs from a Facebook Ad to a Typeform form. Then append the UTMs to the form submission and verify the UTMs are attached to the contact in the CRM (e.g., Hubspot). Therefore, we can evaluate lead quality.
  • Setup tracking analytics and attribution for clients via GTM or hardcoded.

Business Development Representative

  • Listen to discovery calls and build out Proposify templates for prospects, write short summary of their key needs, budgets, goals, challenges etc, next steps. Add to HubSpot.

Email Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

Day to day tasks:
  • Work with multiple high-growth clients on a wide range of email marketing needs depending on the client. Many clients need help with the optimization of transactional/drip sequences such as abandon cart sequences, welcome sequences, and post-purchase sequences.
  • With most clients, you’ll be managing the whole process from building the email marketing map/strategy/funnel, to writing copy, designing the emails, connecting forms, testing, and implementing the automation inside of their chosen or our recommended Email Marketing Platform.

We are looking for a Content Editor with an SEO background and experience in content creation and management for business blogs and websites. You will be working closely with the Head of Content to review all content deliverables before they go out to clients, ensuring the overall quality and making certain that they follow SEO best practices.
