Paid Media Account Specialist

Location Remote

Responsibilities

  • Management of paid media account operations for 8+ clients.
  • Ensure timely and quality completion of work product delivered from the paid media department’s staff to Galactic Fed clients.
  • Research and execute important aspects of campaign builds. Such as keyword research, ad copy drafting, audience research, client / website research, account structure, etc.
  • Analyze paid media campaigns to develop, execute, test, and report on paid media strategies.
  • Prepare weekly paid media performance reports and recommendations to deliver to clients.
  • Deliver paid media campaign optimizations analyses and provide recommendations for next steps from the data.
  • Stay informed of relevant industry, paid media, and paid media platform trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Required: Fluent English written communication is required.
  • Required: 2+ years of experience in a digital media strategy role (preferably paid media, but also funnel marketing) with budgets exceeding $20k/mo.
  • Required: 2+ years of experience in Facebook and Google Ads advertising is required.
  • Experience with Google Ads – annual certifications required
    • Familiarity with Facebook Blueprint - don’t have to be certified. We sponsor team members for this certification.
    • Experience with social ad platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
    • Understanding of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Preferred: Experience with funnel marketing elements is preferred. E.g., landing page building, creative / copy, tracking / attribution, analytics, etc.

Paid Media Account Manager

Location Remote

Responsibilities

  • Management of paid media account operations for 5+ clients.
  • Management of a small to medium size team of paid media specialists.
  • Day to day management of client-facing communications and internal communications.
  • Constant tracking of reporting and analytics.
  • Build and share reports that cover the central metrics for every paid media campaign you own.
  • Monitor and enhance customer/user acquisition and activation performance.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer acquisition experience with B2B and/or B2C companies driving data-driven, quantifiable results and building high conversion funnels.
  • Expert knowledge and direct hands-on experience with paid search, paid social, email marketing, and all forms of custom acquisition, with a proven drive to stay on top of the latest industry trends.
  • Expertise owning the whole process of building and distributing ad creatives.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising principles.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate cross functionally with other teams, and a proven ability to be proactive.

Paid Media Account Director / Team Lead

Location Remote - USA or Canada preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire paid media team: Coach, manage, and train all Account Managers and Account Specialists as needed.
  • Spearhead the ongoing development and improvement of the department’s internal processes and work product delivered to Galactic Fed clients.
  • Act as a liaison between the Business Development and Paid Media departments to improve knowledge and understanding of products, services, and offerings with the intention of improving the quality of leads and prospects sold into the paid media department.
  • Ensure that the paid media department culture and operational environment is one that is accountable, customer-centric, inclusive, intellectually honest, productive, responsive, and sensitive to the needs of all staff members.
  • Employee and Client Life Cycle Management:
    • Oversee the hiring, onboarding, training, and developmental processes of new paid media department hires.
    • Manage natural attrition and forecasting the number of new hires needed to maintain a healthy number of clients per staff member.
    • Ensure channel operational efficiency by monitoring clients/person worksheet and assigning 8+ clients to each staff member (on average).
    • Ensure timely and quality completion of work product delivered from the paid media department’s staff to Galactic Fed clients.
    • Stay informed of relevant industry, paid media, and paid media platform trends and best practices.
    • Identify new products, services, and revenue-generating offerings that will develop a long-term, sustainable competitive advantage for the paid media department relative to competitors in the agency marketplace.

Requirements

  • Required: 2+ years of experience in a digital media strategy role (preferably paid media, but also funnel marketing) with budgets exceeding $50k/mo.
  • Required: 2+ years of digital media team management is required.
  • Required: Expert experience in Facebook and Google Ads advertising is required.
  • Preferred: Experience managing / coaching a team of 4+ is preferred.

Content Writer

Location Remote

Responsibilities

  • Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content and blogs (1000 - 3500 words)
  • Developing content for blogs, articles, white papers, social media, case studies and the Galactic Fed website.
  • Proofread and edit blog posts and content before publication
  • Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
  • Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content strategy and recommend new topics
  • Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role (minimum 3 years)
  • Portfolio of published articles
  • Intermediate SEO experience
  • Experience doing research using multiple sources
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with Google Docs

Paid Media Tracking Specialist

Location Remote - USA or Canada preferred

Responsibilities

  • Setup site and conversion event tracking on major paid media advertising networks (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). This will need be done via GTM or hardcode (90% GTM is used).
  • Setup lead quality attribution for clients. For example, pass the UTMs from a Facebook Ad to a Typeform form. Then append the UTMs to the form submission and verify the UTMs are attached to the contact in the CRM (e.g., Hubspot). Therefore, we can evaluate lead quality.
  • Setup tracking analytics and attribution for clients via GTM or hardcoded.
  • Client communication (under the Galactic Fed brand) - Understand tracking needs, request access to appropriate tools, communicate expected hours of completion (brief), execute on the solution, provide details of the solution, provide instructions to client’s internal team (i.e., tell client devs what to do), etc.

Landing Page Designer / Developer Specialist

Location Remore - USA or Canada Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Landing page design and development in website builders (WordPress, WebFlow, etc.) or landing page software (Unbounce, LeadPages, etc.) for paid advertisements (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Review current client landing pages and prepare brief / areas to increase conversion rates (i.e., landing page optimization audit).
  • Draft up the estimated number of hours on landing page briefs. In other words, share how many hours a project will take and why.
  • Client communication (under the Galactic Fed brand) - Understand client needs, request access to appropriate tools, communicate expected hours of completion (brief), execute on the solution, provide details of the solution, provide instructions to client’s internal team (i.e., tell client devs what to do), etc.
