The story

Ruby Love is a New York based period apparel company for menstruation and incontinence. Founded in 2015, Ruby Love believes that “periods should never stop women from doing, being and going.” Owner Crystal Etienne developed a patented technology to offer maximum protection and complete discretion that allows a woman to live more, stress less. 

The team at Ruby Love came to Galactic Fed looking to increase their sales, site traffic, and conversion rate through email marketing and landing pages. 

The Strategy: 

Galactic Fed started by optimizing Ruby Love’s previous email templates to increase the click-through and conversion rate. They also developed and launched various promotional campaigns to grow sales and keep contacts engaged. 

Multiple conversion-optimized landing pages were created for a tailored shopping experience. Automated flows were also developed to capture more sales, nurture new contacts and provide a better user experience. The flows consisted of cart abandonment emails, browse abandonment emails, and welcome emails (customer vs non-customer).
