The story

Vitally is a customer success platform for B2B SaaS companies that works to drive a world-class customer experience, eliminate churn and drive expansion. Their platform integrates all customer data and provides a 360-degree view into metrics that matter most to business success, allows them to set up health scores and notifications, and creates powerful automation playbooks. 

The team at Vitally came to Galactic Fed looking to improve their overall SEO strategy, increase organic traffic, ranking keywords, and impressions. 

The Strategy: 

Galactic Fed began by conducting keyword research and focusing on categories related to customer success, customer churn, and customer journey. The team then expanded this with additional topics based on the target audience and competitor research. In collaboration with the client, priority keywords were selected and aligned with the content plan. 

Opportunities for improvement of Vitally’s existing web pages were also reported biweekly as well as ideas for new, relevant content. Galactic Fed used guest posting to build links and reached out to prospects in both the HR and technology industries. 

Monthly Google Best Practices Site Audits were conducted and any suggestions were implemented. Items were prioritized by the impact on site performance. Meta copies were also prepared and uploaded.
